We offer you a year-round rental of your apartment, which becomes part of the rental pool, and you will receive a proportional part of the income that was realized for all apartments included in this pool. Revenues for the entire "pool" (a group of objects with the same parameters) after deduction of VAT, local tax and flat-rate deduction (€30) will be divided in the proportion of 60% for the owner and 40% for the company TMR, which will take care of the further rental of your property. TMR covers all the costs associated with business and marketing activities for renting your property and all the costs associated with hotel services (reception, cleaning). Your costs during extraction are only the costs for the supply of media (for the supply of cold water, for the drainage of waste water, for the supply of electricity). The lease agreement is concluded for 6 + 3 years.
The owner is entitled to benefits in the form of codes - for every €5,000 of the purchase price, the right to 1 code = one-day entry to Tatralandia or one-day ski pass.
