Our partners – property owners get their commissions paid already after the first year of the investment project as a return of their luxurious properties. Based on the development of revenues so far, we expect yields of up to 5% on the property value per year and our ambition is to keep them growing. By buying a holiday property in Holiday Village Tatralandia, you will become a partner of a successful company, which is the leader in the field of tourism, and you can use all related benefits depending on the property purchase price (aqua passes, ski passes and many discounts).
Let your property make money and we will cover all costs related to:
- sales and marketing activities focused on selling of your property
- complex hotel services (reception, cleaning...)
- the management and maintenance of the complex (grass cutting, winter maintenance..)
- electricity, gas, water consumption.
Non-utilisation purchase option
If you do not want to have your property utilised by TMR, a.s., the purchase price will be increased by 60,000 € and you will have to cover the costs related to:
- water, electricity and gas consumption resulting from the property use
- complex services connected with the property management and maintenance: 100 € - 120 € excl. VAT per month depending on the service package
- cleaning and extra services on request based on the prices of individual services.
