How about enjoying your investment and letting it make some money at the same time? Be part of the investment projects of Tatry mountain resorts a.s. and combine business with pleasure. We offer you a year-round rental of your apartment, which becomes part of the rental pool, and you will receive a proportional part of the income that was realized for all apartments included in this pool. Revenues for the entire \"pool\" (a group of objects with the same parameters) after deduction of VAT, local tax and flat-rate deduction (\u20ac30) will be divided in the proportion of 60% for the owner and 40% for the company TMR, which will take care of the further rental of your property. TMR covers all the costs associated with business and marketing activities for renting your property and all the costs associated with hotel services (reception, cleaning). Your costs during extraction are only the costs for the supply of media (for the supply of cold water, for the drainage of waste water, for the supply of electricity). The lease agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.<\/p>\n

BENEFITS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The owner is entitled to the following benefits during the lease period:<\/p>\n

  • 38 codes\/year, 1 code = 1-day aqua ticket or 1-day ski pass*, the number of codes can be divided and uploaded to any number of Gopass cards specified by the owner before the period begins (validity period of the codes November 15th \u2013 October 30th of the following year)\n<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • 21 days spent in your property in any low-season period, can be divided in max. 3 parts and the dates have to be reported at least 21 days in advance; access to the Tatralandia water park for max. 4 accommodated persons is included every day, no breakfast; the owner does not pay for the stay (only for the final cleaning), the object is excluded from the pool while staying;\n<\/li>\n

  • staying in the high season (min. 2 nights) is possible too, has to be booked at least 48 hours in advance; access to the water park and breakfast are not included; the owner does not pay for the stay (only for the final cleaning), the object is excluded from the pool while staying.\n<\/li>\n

    \n* Every AQUA TICKET entitles the holder to stay at the Tatralandia water park during the validity period of the codes all day long (the sauna world is not included). Every SKI PASS entitles the holder to use lifts and cableways in the ski resorts: JASN\u00c1 N\u00edzke Tatry, Vysok\u00e9 Tatry Tatransk\u00e1 Lomnica, Vysok\u00e9 Tatry Star\u00fd Smokovec and Vysok\u00e9 Tatry \u0160trbsk\u00e9 Pleso during the respective winter season, evening skiing and the \"Fresh track\" service are not included.
